Vacancy Details:
The total number of vacancies is 144. The distribution is as follows:
- Stenographer Grade-III (Hindi):
- Non-TSP Area: 55 (UR), 3 (EWS), 13 (SC), 15 (ST), 16 (OBC), 1 (MBC)
- TSP Area: 4 (UR), 5 (ST)
- Stenographer Grade-III (English):
- Non-TSP Area: 8 (UR)
- TSP Area: 3 (UR)
- Stenographer Grade-II (Hindi):
- Non-TSP Area: 8 (UR)
- TSP Area: 4 (UR)
Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
Educational Qualification:
- Must have passed the Senior Secondary Examination in Arts, Science, or Commerce from the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education or an equivalent examination recognized by the government.
- Must possess a good working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and of Rajasthani dialects.
- Must have passed one of the following computer qualifications:
- "O" or Higher Level Certificate Course conducted by DOEACC under the control of the Department of Electronics, Government of India.
- Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/Data Preparation & Computer Software (DPCS) certificate organized under the National/State Council of Vocational Training Scheme.
- Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Application from any university established by law in India or from an institution recognized by the government.
- Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a Polytechnic Institution recognized by the government.
- Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RSCIT) conducted by Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota under the control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited.
- Senior Secondary School Examination with Computer Science as an optional subject.
- Any equivalent or higher qualification.

- General/OBC (Creamy Layer)/MBC (Creamy Layer)/Other State Applicants: ₹750/-
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/MBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS: ₹600/-

Selection Process:
The selection process consists of the following stages:
- Shorthand Test (English/Hindi):
- Dictation: 6 minutes at 80 words per minute (English) or 70 words per minute (Hindi).
- Transcription and typing of the dictated passage in 50 minutes on a computer.
- Computer Test (Speed & Efficiency Test):
- Speed Test: 10 minutes.
