Bank of Baroda recruitment drive for 4,000 Apprentice positions

 Bank of Baroda (BOB) announced a recruitment drive for 4,000 Apprentice positions under the Apprentices Act, 1961. The online application process commenced on the same day and will remain open until March 11, 2025.

Position Details:

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Age Limit: Applicants should be between 20 and 28 years of age as of February 1, 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
   

Application Process:

1. Registration: Visit the official Bank of Baroda website and navigate to the "Careers" section. Click on the "Apply Online" link under Apprentice Recruitment 2025.
2. Application Form: Complete the registration process to generate login credentials. Log in and fill out the application form with accurate personal and educational details.
3. Document Upload: Upload scanned copies of required documents, including a recent passport-sized photograph, signature, Aadhaar card (front and back), and PAN card.
4. Application Fee Payment: Pay the non-refundable application fee online using Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI. The fee structure is as follows:
   • General/OBC/EWS: ₹800
   • SC/ST/Female Candidates: ₹600
   • PwBD Candidates: ₹400
5. Submission: Review the application form for accuracy and submit it. Save a copy for future reference.
    Selection Process:

The selection process comprises:

1. Online Examination: An objective test covering General/Financial Awareness, Quantitative and Reasoning Aptitude, Computer Knowledge, and General English. The exam consists of 100 questions, each carrying one mark, with a total duration of 60 minutes.
2. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of original documents.
3. Language Proficiency Test: Assessment of the candidate's proficiency in the local language of the respective state.
4. Medical Examination: Final medical fitness test before appointment.
    Stipend Details:

• Metro/Urban Branches: ₹15,000 per month
• Rural/Semi-Urban Branches: ₹12,000 per month
