 Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) announced a recruitment drive for the position of Senior Assistant Officer (Official Language). This is a fixed-term role for five years. Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a Post Graduate Degree with Hindi and English as subjects at the degree level. Alternatively, a Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject or a Post Graduate Degree in English with Hindi as a subject is acceptable. A First Class in the qualifying degree is required.
• Age Limit: The maximum age is 35 years as of February 1, 2025. Age relaxations are applicable:
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
  • Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: As per government norms

Application Fee:

• General and OBC Candidates: ₹400 plus 18% GST
• SC/ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen Candidates: Exempted from the fee

The fee can be paid online through SBI Collect or by visiting any SBI branch.

 Selection Process:

The selection process includes a written test followed by an interview. Candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for the interview.
