NTPC Assistant Executive Recruitment 2025

National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) announced a new recruitment drive. They are looking to fill 400 positions for Assistant Executive Operations. Interested candidates can apply online from February 15 to March 1, 2025. The application portal is available at ntpc.co.in.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Civil, Production, Chemical, Construction, or Instrumentation Engineering. The degree must be from a recognized university or institute. Additionally, candidates should possess a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Safety. This should be from the Central Labour Institute or a Regional Labour Institute under the Government of India.

   Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 35 years as of March 1, 2025. Age relaxations are applicable as per government norms.

Application Process:

1. Registration: Visit the official NTPC website at ntpc.co.in. Navigate to the careers section and find the Assistant Executive Operations recruitment link.

2. Application Form: Fill out the online application form with accurate personal and educational details.

3. Document Upload: Upload scanned copies of necessary documents, including educational certificates, age proof, and any other required credentials.

4. Application Fee: Pay the application fee of ₹300 if you belong to the General, OBC, or EWS categories. SC, ST, PwD, and female candidates are exempt from this fee. The payment can be made online through debit card, credit card, or net banking.

    Submission: Review all entered information carefully. Once confirmed, submit the application form and take a printout for future reference.

Selection Process:

The selection process comprises:

1. Written Examination/Online Test: Candidates will undergo a test to assess their technical knowledge and aptitude.

2. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates from the test will be called to verify their original documents.

3. Medical Examination: Finally, candidates will undergo a medical check-up to ensure they meet the health standards required for the role.

Remuneration:

Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly consolidated amount of ₹55,000. Additionally, they will be entitled to House Rent Allowance (HRA) or company accommodation, night shift entertainment allowance, and medical facilities for themselves, their spouse, and two children.
