SSC GD Admit Card 2025





 Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the dates for the General Duty (GD) Constable Exam 2025. The exam will be held from February 4 to February 25, 2025.

 This recruitment aims to fill 39,481 vacancies in various forces. These include the Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), and others.

SSC GD Important Dates:

  • SSC GD Notification Release: The official notification was released on September 5, 2024.

    SSC GD Application Period: Candidates could apply from September 5 to October 5, 2024.
  • SSC GD Exam Dates: The computer-based test (CBT) is scheduled between February 4 and 25, 2025.
  • SSC GD Vacancy Details:

The total number of vacancies is 39,481. The distribution is as follows:

  • BSF: 15,654 posts

  • CISF: 7,145 posts

  • CRPF: 11,541 posts

  • SSB: 819 posts

  • ITBP: 3,017 posts

  • Assam Rifles: 1,248 posts

  • SSF: 35 posts

  • NCB: 22 posts

 Eligibility Criteria:
  • SSC GD Education: Candidates must have completed at least Class 10 from a recognized board.

  • SSC GD Age Limit: Applicants should be between 18 to 23 years old.

    SSC GD  Application Process:

Interested candidates had to apply online through the official SSC website. The application process involved registration, filling out the form, uploading necessary documents, and paying the application fee.

 SSC GD Selection Process:

The selection process consists of:

  1. Computer-Based Test (CBT): The exam comprises 80 objective-type questions, each carrying 2 marks. The sections include General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and Awareness, Elementary Mathematics, and English/Hindi. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

     Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates who qualify in the CBT will undergo a physical test to assess their fitness levels.
  2. Physical Standard Test (PST): This test checks if candidates meet the required physical standards like height, chest measurements, etc.

  3. Medical Examination: Candidates who clear the PET and PST will undergo a medical examination to ensure they are medically fit for the duties.

  4. Document Verification: Finally, candidates will have their documents verified to confirm their eligibility.

SSC GD Admit Card:

The admit cards will be available for download on the official SSC website. Candidates can expect the admit cards to be released a few days before the exam.

  • Understand the Exam Pattern: Familiarize yourself with the exam pattern and syllabus.

  • Regular Study: Dedicate specific hours daily for each subject.

  • Practice Mock Tests: Take regular mock tests to assess your preparation and improve speed.
